What are Home Services?
Home Services are services we offer by coming to your home to assist you in taking care of them. Think of us as an extra set of helping hands or a team that can help you take care of your “honey do” list. Sometimes you just don’t have time or enough people-power to do the job. Our team can help.
If I have a vacation cabin, will you prepare it?
Yes! If you’re traveling to the area and don’t want your vacation to start with getting your hands dirty our team can help. You simply let us know what date you’ll arrive and provide us access to your vacation home or cabin. We share our standard preparation list and you confirm if you need anything more.
Can your team help us set up an event?
Great question! Our team can help you set up for any event. We assist with the setup and takedown of weddings, graduations, family reunions, live shows, community events, corporate picnics, fundraisers, sporting events, tradeshows, and more! If you’re in need of multiple team members to assist with event setup, please contact us for a custom quote.
Can our business request Home Services?
This is an excellent question. YES! Does your small business or company need assistance or extra sets of hands? Our team can help in a variety of ways. From relocating offices, rearranging your space, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, setting up or tearing down, event assistance, and more, your business can leverage our Home Services Team to get the job done.
How are Home Services billed?
Just like our technical support services, our Home Services are billed on the hour or the half-hour. We charge $49.99 per service hour and $24.99 per half-hour. We charge mileage to and from your residence. If any service takes eight (8) hours or more, we offer a daily discount to our clients. All common forms of payment are accepted.
Can you help us assemble our new furniture?
We certainly can! We will arrive at your home (or preferred location) fully equipped to assemble your entertainment stand, new bedroom or kitchen furniture, or anything else. We will complete the assembly and be on our way! Standard Home Services rates, including mileage, apply.
We are moving. Can you help us pack?
You bet! If you’re in need of an extra set of hands to help you pack boxes, load them into the truck or trailer, or haul that heavy furniture out of the house, we can help. Just like all of our other services, we charge our standard hourly rate during our normal business hours, including mileage. If we work outside of our standard business hours our extra time will be billed at an increased rate. Need more than one team member? Contact us for a custom Box and Move quote.
Do you offer Home Services that aren’t listed?
Absolutely. If you’re asking if we will walk your dog or mow your lawn, the answer is YES! With that said, you’ll need to provide the mower and the fuel, the dog food, and the bowl, but we are happy to help and give you your time back. Not all unique Home Service requests can be granted, but please inquire. If we can’t help, we will do our best to suggest a solution.
We bought a trampoline. Can you help?
We are happy to assemble your trampoline for you! Schedule a Home Services appointment today and share as many details as possible about the trampoline you purchased. We will complete the assembly and be on our way! Standard Home Services rates, including mileage, apply.
Do you wash dishes and clean up after parties?
Believe it or not, yes we do! We understand that hosting a party can be exhausting. Often hosts forget that they’re supposed to enjoy the party as well. Lean on our team to take care of your clean-up and dishes at your family reunion, graduation, family gathering, or summer cookout. You provide the soap and the garbage bags and we provide the elbow grease. Need us to take the family dog for a walk when we’re done? We can do that too!
